We insert the form directly into the box when packing your goods. If the form happens to be missing, please print it out and put it in the box when returning / exchanging the goods. If you do not have the option of printing, write us your requirements and information on the paper that you put in the box.

Exchange of goods for others

We will be happy to exchange goods that do not fit in size for others. Enter your request in the form. We send the exchanged goods back to you within 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the consignment sent by you. Everything is fast and clear.

Returns and Exchanges Form

Return For Full Refund Within 14 Days You have decided that you no longer want the items you ordered or are they different than what you expected? No problem if this happens within the first 14 days! As per EU Consumer Rights Directive, you can choose to withdraw from your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you received your goods. Just send them back.

The returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging, however, if the packaging has been opened or damaged, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee to return the goods to original condition. Please make sure to pack the goods accordingly so that they aren’t damaged on the road. We also recommend that you obtain a proof of posting. The shipping costs for sending the goods back to our contact address are covered by the customer.
